Meet our core team…
TOMMY SHULL, Creative, Principal
Creative first, budget-cruncher second, Tommy leads each project with the brand in mind at ever step. He rose up through the ranks mastering mixed media editing, combining archival assets with animation, kinetic and graphic text, and original video footage shot on location to tell a powerful narrative. He spent his early freelance days editing for artists such as Beyoncé, Jay-Z, U2 and agencies such as McCann, Dentsu and 360i.
He later moved on to line producing agency campaigns for print, digital, on-air, and experiential with budgets between $10K and $1M. His deep understanding of production, post and technical workflow lead him to start Stuck In Motion.
DEB REICHMAN, Executive Creative Director
Deb joined forces with Tommy over their shared belief that creativity and efficiency are not mutually exclusive.
A former museum curator, Deb went to grad school with the goal of writing television criticism only to do the opposite and become a TV marketer! After launching Logo and serving as Director of On Air Creative she freelanced at several networks before becoming Executive Producer at Viacom Velocity (now known as Paramount Brand Studio). Deb can find the story in everything and is very picky about copy. She stands at under 5 ft but looms large.
AIDAN KANE, Senior Editor
Aidan hails from South Texas on the border but his early career in modeling and acting led him to The Big Apple. After several years in front of the camera, he realized that he preferred to tell the stories. After writing, directing and editing his own feature ‘Eleanor’ he committed himself to editing full time.
Aidan’s mastery of music and sound design create strong edits with lots of confidence. His command of technical specifications mean there’s almost no problem he can not solve.
CHRIS MEIDELL, Senior Editor
Chris has been editing promos, trailers, and episodics for nearly two decades. He came up at MTV Promos and helped launch iconic series like Jersey Shore, Teen Mom, and The Challenge. He has edited at leading creative agencies including Creative Mammals, mouse ROAR, FRED & FARID as well as Intel.
Chris can distill a complex narrative into seconds before you can even say promo. He lights up a room (and a zoom!) with a sparkle and a warmth that makes all of our days better. His scratch voice is so rich and buttery that professional VO artists fear for their jobs.
When he’s not editing, Chris can be found out and about with one of his puppets from his original YouTube series, The Llama Show.
